About Lynne

Lynne Budde Sheppard, M.A., EAMP. is licensed to practice acupuncture in the state of Washington. She received her Masters degree in acupuncture from the NW Institute of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Seattle, Washington in 2001.

Through her practice, Points and Pathways Acupuncture, she has served the community of Arlington, Smokey Point, and Snohomish County since 2003. She also has an MA and BA in the Visual Arts. She lives with her husband John and their 2 dogs, 2 cats and 3 horses at Maple Ridge Farm in Arlington, WA.

Lynne has a strong commitment to facilitating each client’s journey toward health and wellness through acupuncture. She works with clarity, compassion and insight to assist in understanding individual health concerns. She uses a variety of acupuncture styles as appropriate, depending on each unique health picture.

Clients find her easy to talk to about lifestyle issues such as stress, diet, and overwork, that may be at the root of a health concern. She collaborates with and refers to physicians and practitioners from other modalities as appropriate.

Her special areas of interest are: the treatment of acute and chronic pain of all kinds, women’s health concerns, emotional issues, digestive issues and all complex chronic health issues.

Her patients are men and women of all ages. She enjoys working with children, especially pre-teens and teenagers.
